Manchester City were found guilty of breaching Premier League financial rules between 2009-10 and 2017-18.

An independent commission found the club used "sham contracts" and agreements to artificially inflate revenue and reduce costs, as part of a disguised financing scheme worth around £830.7m.

City were also found guilty of almost all charges relating to non-cooperation with the Premier League investigation.

Potential sanctions have not yet been announced.
