The networks say the White House has inconsistently enforced the ban, including preventing CNN from fulfilling its duties in the television database. Judge Timothy Kelly restored their access for 14 days on September 24, but that order will expire on October 8.

The tools want their previous access to the White House and the presidency to be preserved until the case is resolved.
