Netanyahu made a secret trip to Abu Dhabi on September 27 to ask MBZ to deny a report that the UAE had warned him of a Hamas attack on October 7.

The "Haaretz" investigation claimed that MBZ called Netanyahu ~10 days before the attack, and warned that Sinwar was planning an "earthquake".

Netanyahu allegedly said that Israel was prepared, then did not share the warning with the security chiefs.

Netanyahu calls this a "complete lie" and says he will sue Haaretz.

The UAE says the intelligence is shared through "professional bodies, not at the level of national leaders".

Netanyahu flew privately from Ben Gurion, spent ~4 hours in Abu Dhabi and returned that evening.
