Artificial intelligence is certainly powerful enough to drive events that cause a billion deaths.

Although it is quite difficult to reach 100%, there has never been a weapon as powerful as the combination of people with bad intentions using the latest artificial intelligence tools.

And it's great to have this discussion, when the industry is almost against their own interest to admit these things.

The problem is that the rest of the world either ignores it or just thinks of it as competition.

And it's very scary that not all thinkers say, "How do we want to design this?"
