Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on Israel:

The oppression and massacres committed by Israel no longer go without consequences to the same extent, as a result of the diplomatic efforts that have been made. In other words, Israel now has to pay very heavy costs for every action it takes.

This isolation, including dealing with legal consequences through institutions such as the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court, means he encounters situations he has never been used to or dealt with before.
