A nine-year-old Christian boy from the Armenian community in Jerusalem was pepper-sprayed by Jewish extremists while riding his bicycle during Yom Kippur.

According to the Israeli media, the attackers confronted the boy, identified as William, and demanded that he remove his headphones.

After hearing him speak English, they shouted "No English, Jews" and sprayed him with pepper spray.

Police closed the case without arrests despite CCTV footage.
