We fought terrorists in our cities, in our mountains, and we lost almost a hundred thousand precious lives and suffered economic losses of more than 150 billion dollars.

The world is safer today - and let me say this with all humility - the world is safer today because of the precious sacrifices of our brave armed forces and our brave citizens who took on these terrorists and mercenaries.
