German investigators suspect that Russia's GRU military intelligence agency was behind an arson attack in Munich on September 3, which targeted a construction site near defense and technology companies Rohde & Schwarz and Helsing, which supplies drones to Ukraine.

Two Bulgarian nationals have been arrested and are suspected of being low-level agents allegedly recruited by a GRU-linked outfit operating out of Slovakia.
