The relations that Greece or any other country develops with third countries are a matter of their choice. Turkey does not see any bilateral relationship as a threat directed against it. However, we closely monitor any actions that may endanger our national security, legal rights and interests.

Turkey has a strong position and influence in NATO. Instead of discussing the implications of a hypothetical military conflict for the alliance, it would be wiser to focus on diplomacy to prevent such a possibility from arising.
