Israel, for its part, must fulfill its obligations in full: a final cessation of operations, a withdrawal from the Strip, the lifting of the blockade and the provision of unconditional humanitarian aid.

We fear that those who see displacement as the solution will block anything that can make life easier for the population because this will strengthen their resilience on their land.
