Representative Joe Wilson called on Israel to stop the air strikes on Syria, saying that the strikes "should not be done".

When asked if he calls on Israel to end the strikes, the Republican congressman replied:

Absolutely.

Wilson also supported Turkey's possible return to the F-35 program and the lifting of CAATSA sanctions, saying:

Turkey is a great ally of America, America is an ally of Turkey, and we want mutual benefit.
