Lithuania is inspecting a central power plant near Kaliningrad, Russia, amid fears that Moscow could target it with sabotage or a false flag attack to test NATO unity.
The secondary station in Gizai will include anti-rail fencing, tunnel sensors, armored concrete protection for railcars, and defense against explosive drones.
