Satellite images show at least 25 US tankers now at Al Udeed Air Base in Qatar, the largest presence of tankers since the Iran war began in February.

They withdrew early in the conflict due to Iranian missile threats and only began to return around June.

Aircraft are parked in scattered patterns (unlike the crowded parking lot at Prince Sultan in Saudi Arabia), reflecting continued caution against Iranian attacks.
