Unfortunately, Russia lost control of its diesel industry due to its war with Ukraine. A large portion of their diesel refineries have blown up and are, at least temporarily, out of business.

This ridiculous and never-ending war with Ukraine must end. The whole world suffers when 25,000 people, mostly soldiers, are killed every month. What a shame!
