It's hard for me to judge how an American president would judge that, but I'll take the starting point that we're making the Arctic safer.

We take seriously the geopolitical changes in the Arctic, environmental and climate changes, and opportunities in critical raw materials and energy.

And Canada and Norway are serious and pragmatic nations and we are proving that we are moving forward.

I can't imagine being hostile to anyone.
