Russia has switched from ballistic missiles to jet-powered drones, raising concerns that it may be stockpiling missiles for winter strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure.

Prime Minister Sergei Koretsky said the government was planning for the worst and expanding "invincible points" where people can warm up, charge devices and get hot meals.

Zelensky said Ukraine needs at least 300 Patriot interceptors for the winter, while many Ukrainians are stocking up on firewood, buying back-up equipment or relocating.
