So if Ukraine, with almost no air force - because it has no operational capability to fly over Russia, for example - managed to achieve this, then I told the Russians, among other things as a deterrent: be careful, because we have more fighter jets than you.

So if you do what no one wants you to do, we won't sit there and do nothing. We will respond both defensively and offensively.
