In the Russian constitutional referendum, exit polls showed that the ruling United Russia party leads with 49.4% of the votes in the VCIOM poll and 52.8% in the INSOMAR poll.
The Communist Party was second with 14.2%-14.8%, followed by the LDPR with 9.9%-10.7%, New People with 8.6%-9.7%, and Just Russia with 5.5%-6.6%.
The voter turnout was reported to be over 56%.
