The key item: "clone S-300 missiles," not Soviet replicas, but new US-developed interceptors designed to fire from Ukraine's existing S-300 launchers, instead of Russian-origin missiles that Ukraine can no longer obtain.

Also included: cheaper mass-produced GAM-67 SAMs, laser-guided anti-drone missiles, anti-UAS radars, and mobile launch kits.
