Zelensky named it among the weapons used in night attacks in the Moscow region that hit the Kaputnia refinery.

However, Moscow is well beyond the public 200km range of Ukrainian lines, so the Pelican was likely hitting closer targets while long-range drones hit the refinery.

The longer range FP-9 (~855 km) remains under investigation.
