According to reports, a Russian S-400 air defense system launcher was destroyed in the Bryansk region, ~90 km from the Ukrainian border.

The launcher has apparently been modified to fire ballistic missiles of the RM-48U type, which were recently used in attacks on Kiev.

Ukrainian intelligence claims that up to 17 S-400 launchers have been converted for ground attacks.
