Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk:

I fear that by winter we will witness more and more serious attacks by Russia on energy infrastructure.

And I can only express hope that these provocations and attacks will not go beyond the borders of Ukraine.

But hope, unfortunately, is not a certainty.

We are preparing here in Poland for different scenarios.
