US prosecutors allege that two Chinese companies used Binance accounts to transfer $61 million related to Iranian oil sales on the black market.

The Justice Department says the funds moved through digital wallets connected to a wider network that handled more than $1.5 billion in Iranian oil revenue.

The prosecutors claim that part of the money was intended for the Iranian government, its agents and representatives.
