Bernie Sanders on AI:

A super-intelligent AI that escapes human control will not simply be an American problem. This will not be a Chinese problem. This will be humanity's problem.

Which is why I very much hope that at their AI summit next week, Trump will negotiate a comprehensive agreement with Xi to establish a moratorium on the development of advanced artificial intelligence and a ban on superintelligence.
