Canadian Center is in a virtual state of collapse, and has been for years. A large piece of concrete and steel simply fell down, a blow, a ceiling from a main hallway with heavy traffic.

If the building had been open, innocent people would have been killed. A security guard just passed through this area, one minute before this ceiling collapsed. He was, therefore, 60 seconds away from certain death.

The judge forced us to leave it open even though there are no performances, and no people have the courage even to enter.

The board of directors of the Canadian Center has been actively painting it to save it, and they know I am the only one who can do it, because I have the ability to raise the money, and the ability to build - there are few others.
