Remember the Russians have now suffered 1.5 million dead and wounded. That's more than the United States suffered in all of World War II.
There is a point where Putin cannot muster the additional troops that will be required.
And by the way, they don't train these soldiers well in any case. They really are almost human cannon fodder.
