A senior adviser to Argentine President Javier Maile reportedly helped Flavio Bolsonaro flee to Miami after his election defeat.
Santiago Caputo allegedly met Bolsonaro at an airport in Argentina on October 27 and helped expedite immigration and flight paperwork.
Witnesses said Caputo later ordered the officer to delete videos of the operation.
Both Caputo and the Argentine government deny involvement.
