Although his party accepted the election results, he continues to claim fraud without evidence.
Facing corruption and money laundering investigations, Bolsonaro says he expects jail time if he returns.
He thanked Trump for allowing him to stay in the US and plans to challenge Lula's victory, support his political allies and seek a pardon for his father, Jair Bolsonaro.
