J. Dee Vance is pushing Trump to negotiate an agreement with Iran to end the war.
Vance warned that the conflict was very unpopular, and privately accused Netanyahu of being "wrong about everything" about Iran.
Most of Trump's top advisers reportedly share Vance's position, but Trump has continued to consider resuming military strikes.
