German Chancellor Merz:
In Germany, it was always more likely to agree on everything we wanted to close and everything we wanted to finish.
Nuclear energy, airports. We always agreed on everything we no longer wanted.
But we rarely agreed on what we actually wanted and what we should do.
And that's the mindset I'm trying to change with the federal government.
