Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov on Ukraine:
They call for an energy cease-fire, a food cease-fire, an air cease-fire, a naval cease-fire.
None of this is to achieve peace. We have been convinced of this over and over again.
We insist on no temporary ceasefire. This has happened many times before.
We insist on reliably eliminating the root causes of the crisis.
