Blitz: Ukraine's Air-Blitz app sent messages to Kyiv residents warning of "radiation danger," and Telegram channels reported it also issued a Blitz:s chemical threat and street warfare for the capital.
Within minutes, Ukrainian Telegram channels said the app may have been hacked and that the flash:s were caused by a glitch.
