Protesters in Gap, in the French Alps, set fire to a large effigy of Emmanuel Macron and danced in a circle around it during the third weekend of France's cost of living protests.
A sign on the cart reads "Repose pas en paix" ("Do not rest in peace").
The percentage of voting across the country dropped to about 320,000, according to the Ministry of the Interior, from 410,000 on October 24 and 550,000 on October 17.
Saturday's protests were calmer than previous weekends, although Molotov cocktails were thrown at police in Paris.
