Ukrainian drones struck Russia's Novokuybyshevsk refinery in the Samara region early on October 30, causing explosions and a large fire.
The facility is one of the largest refineries in the Volga region of Russia, with an annual processing capacity of 8.8 million tons of crude oil.
The extent of the destruction is still unclear.
