Qatar, Pakistan and all our allies have done a good job of trying to get us into a room where we can reach agreement on our process, and we are close.
I think we're very close to finally getting to a place where we can say: let's just take a timeout. Let's take a time out. lower temperatures.
We won't have a comprehensive solution immediately, but we can allow the region to find its own rhythm.
