New: Israel's Central Election Commission rejected Yesh Atid's Knesset member Vladimir Blayak's request to convene its presidency in an investigation into alleged interference in the Qatari elections, arguing that the matter involves a classified administrative investigation.

The director general of the committee, Dan Livna, said that "the elections to the Knesset were conducted according to law" and the polling stations were kept in order.

He added that the committee is not aware of allegations of systematic vote tampering, which he said were confirmed by the police commissioner and the Shin Bet commander.

He explained that the chairman of the committee, Judge Noam Solberg, ordered the Shin Bet to dig deeper after he was presented with "classified and sensitive" information that he could not disclose and that he raised a suspicion that required further investigations.
