The Pentagon watchdog has refused a bipartisan request to investigate Starlink and Starshield internet slowdowns in Ukraine, which Ukrainian officials say have hampered efforts to intercept Russian drones.
Elon Musk has admitted that SpaceX restricted access to Starlink, accusing Ukraine of violating its terms of service, a claim Kiev denies.
Trump denied ordering the restrictions, while Vice President J. Dee Vance suggested White House coordination with Musk.
