Flash: With 56.7% of the votes counted in the Israeli elections, none of the blocs has a majority.

The Netanyahu bloc has 55 seats, the opposition 49 and the Arab-led parties 16, compared to the 61 needed to govern.

Likud leads the partial count with 27 seats, straight ahead of Eisenkot (21), the Joint List (12), together with Bennett (11), and the Democrats and United Torah Judaism (9 each).

The overnight exit poll updates also moved in Netanyahu's direction.

Cannes 11 now gives its bloc 51 seats, Channel 12 gives it 52 and Channel 13 gives it 51, all up from 50, while the opposition is down to 49–51.

Channel 14, close to Netanyahu, is the only one that now projects him a majority, with 62 mandates.

The opposition and the two Arab parties together will reach 65. However, the joint list offered only outside support, so any anti-Netanyahu government would have to be a minority government or depend on parties from the other bloc.

Netanyahu, for his part, lacks 6 mandates in the current count, so that the remaining 43% of the votes and any small parties that clear the 3.25% threshold will be able to decide the result.
