So, what now?: Exit polls from the Israeli elections point to a dead end.

Neither Benjamin Netanyahu's bloc nor Gadi Eisenkot's opposition are close to the 61 seats needed for a majority in the Knesset.

Channel 12 projects Netanyahu's Likud as the largest party with 24 seats to Eisenkot's 22, but puts the anti-Netanyahu camp ahead and gives Arab-led parties a record 18 seats.

Channel 13 has Netanyahu's bloc with 50 mandates, Eisenkot's bloc with 53 and the Arab parties with 17, with Likud with 25 and Shir with 23.

Kan 11 also has Likud Kadima, 25 mandates to Ishar's 21.

i24NEWS is the exception, giving the Netanyahu bloc 55 mandates.

With the Arab parties likely to be central and Eisenkot ruling out a coalition with Ream, Israel faces difficult coalition talks, or perhaps another election, as the official count continues.
