Flavio Bolsonaro stopped his plan to request the annulment of the Brazilian presidential election following Lula's re-election.
Instead, he will take legal action to disqualify Lola's winning ticket over alleged campaign abuse.
According to CNN Brasil, Bolsonaro's legal team has already filed 20 requests to remove Lula from office.
