Senior officials from Iran, Pakistan, Turkey and Saudi Arabia began a four-way meeting in Tehran, led by the Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, Mohsen Razai.
Participants include Pakistan's army chief Asim Munir, Saudi Defense Minister Khalid bin Salman and Turkish intelligence chief Ibrahim Kalin.
