Flash: Aleksandar Vucic conceded defeat in Serbia's snap parliamentary election, saying the student-backed Student List had won.
"Based on a stratified sample, it is clear that we lost this election. The student block list won," Vucic said.
The result ends more than a decade of dominance by Vučić's Serbian Progressive Party.
