NEW: Brazil's Supreme Court Justice Cristiano Zanin has ordered a two-hour extension of nationwide voting in Sunday's presidential runoff, moving polls to close from 5 p.m. until 7 pm Brasilia time.
Zanin issued the decision shortly after the original closing time, acting on a flash: a petition from the campaign of President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.
