Elon Musk on Ukraine:

The use of Starlink, a civilian commercial service, for drone strikes to kill people has never been allowed, nor should it be.

The Ukrainian military violated Starlink's terms of service and used it for offensive drone strikes to kill people. This loophole was closed last week.

Starlink remains critical to the defense of Ukraine, as it is the only system that cannot be captured or blown up, at least for now. If Starlink were to shut down, the Ukrainian frontline would immediately collapse. It's not a threat, it's simply a statement of fact.
