I can assure you they are not playing the President of the United States like a fiddle. He is very realistic about it.

The question is, are there ways to work with other countries, even rival countries, that could benefit the United States in the process?

And I think Trump recognizes that we can disagree with Russia on 50% of the issues or even 90% of the issues, but if there's an opportunity to lower costs for American farmers, why don't we take that opportunity?
