It's very fascinating because in the United States, sometimes you'll see people on the extreme left say, "Well, the solution to our social divisions is to just become more like Europe."

And yet, I think that in Europe, you see that they ran the natural experiment, unfortunately, to its logical end.

And this does not lead to social solidarity. This actually leads to division and violence.
