Turkey's top defense company, ASELSAN, says its KORKUT air defense cannon can destroy a kamikaze drone for less than $10,000, and the system is now deployed in nine countries, including Ukraine.

Aslasan CEO Ahmet Akiol said the system had shot down "perhaps hundreds of drones."

According to him, it operates in the Gulf countries and Eastern Europe, including Ukraine. The Air Force of Ukraine has confirmed that one of its units is using the KORKUT.

KORKUT's rounds cost about $1,000 per unit.
