I asked President Biden: Sanction Russia now, preemptively. If you know there could be an invasion, impose sanctions.

But President Biden said: "We will impose sanctions if there is an invasion." After the fact, not preventive sanctions.

I'm not God to judge a president, but I believe it was a mistake.
