I think Trump had a special relationship with Putin, and still has.

Perhaps it really is possible that Trump on friendly terms with Putin could have prevented a full-scale invasion.

But one thing you should know for sure: neither I nor Trump are eternal in these presidential seats.

Either way, Trump's presidency would have ended, and Putin still would not have changed his main goal - the occupation of Ukraine.

So I think, honestly, it doesn't matter who the president is as long as Putin is there.
