Big new data, in some cases huge, are charged by generating their own electricity, and giving or selling any excess back to the local community, or the grid, so there is an increase in electricity prices. In fact, there could be a significant decrease. Other elements too!

If companies want to popularize their data centers, pay the community and/or individuals within the community a "dividend".

I watched the process closely, and data centers that were very unpopular in a certain area became extremely popular when a financial deal was made. Make deals, and build them!!!
